Maia Rizhvadze My name is Maia, and I’m excited to be part of the Leaders of Tomorrow program. I recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education from the University of Glasgow. I currently work as the Strategic Communication and Inclusive Environment Manager at the Solidarity Community NGO in Georgia, where I focus on promoting inclusive practices and supporting marginalized communities.
In addition to my managerial role, I am also a facilitator specializing in peacebuilding and inclusive education for people of all ages. I believe in the transformative power of education and dialogue in fostering understanding and cooperation among diverse groups. In my spare time, I enjoy engaging in discussions about gender equality and education policy, and I’m passionate about creating opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community. I believe in the power of collaboration and shared experiences to drive positive change.
