Christin Reinhardt-Riedinger Hey there. I am Christin.
Originally from Germany, I made the bold move to Thailand in 2011 with my, at the time, not-yet husband. My journey into the world of NGOs began back in 2014, a decision that has since proven to be the best one I have made. While my academic background lies in economics, I quickly realised that my heart longed for the social and supportive aspects that were missing from my early career in controlling. Transitioning into the world of NGOs and starting my journey at Child’s Dream over ten years ago reignited my passion.
Although my current role primarily involves operations rather than direct beneficiary assistance, I find immense fulfillment in being the sturdy backbone that supports our team’s crucial on-the-ground efforts.
I am truly excited about the leadership training and the opportunity to collaborate with all of you. I look forward to becoming an even stronger pillar of my organisation. My aspiration is to be a compassionate leader who is goal-oriented and a strategic thinker. Looking back is easier, while forecasting the future is not—but it is a journey worth taking!
