Lenka Lenochová
Centrum LOCIKA (CZ)

I’m living proof that it’s never too late for a change. From café lounging to sprint triathlon, that’s how I’d describe my journey to a better self. Alongside, I’ve been in the non-profit sector for ten years, evolving from a project assistant in an anti-corruption organization to my current role as Head of Fundraising at Centrum LOCIKA. Here, we help children experiencing family violence, and I’ve found my life’s mission. Now I feel it’s time to level up and unleash my full potential. I want to be one of the strong voices for those who don’t have one, while advocating for a childhood free from violence. When I’m not brainstorming ways to put a strategic plan into practice or trying to improve my English to speak without stress on Leaders of Tomorrow, you’ll likely find me in running shoes. After the age of 40, I discovered the magic of sports, trading cigarettes and alcohol for the endorphins from sport. I’m a mother of two teenagers and I feel enormous gratitude for every day, no matter what it brings.
