Irena Šťastná I come from the North Moravia region of the Czech Republic. I graduated from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Ostrava (A master’s degree focusing on the Czech language and Literary Science) and the Faculty of Philosophy and Science at the Silesian University, Opava (BA in Library and Information Studies). I work for Ostrava City Library (director since 2022). My hobbies include writing poetry, reading, psychology; I like to spend time in woods and forests.
