Radana Descikova My name is Radana and I live and work in Bratislava, Slovakia. From the age of fifteen, I regularly volunteered abroad – every year I spent two summer months on various volunteer activities in Italy, France or Germany. My journey in non profit sector started right after my graduation in law school in 2010 as junior legal advisor for International Organization for Migration. After several years in smaller organization I made a bold decision to apply for a job in Pontis Foundation as program manager of endowment funds and…it was on of the best work related idea I´ve ever had. Nowadays I lead a great team focusing on good governance of endowment funds, transparency of donor environment and cultivating of business – NGO relationships.
In my free time I am a mum of 5 year old boy and together with my family we like to discover interesting and beautiful places.
