Ondřej Čejka

Ondrej currently leads Czechitas – a nonprofit organisation closing the gender digital divide through IT skills training of women, based in the Czech Republic – as Director. In his role, Ondrej focuses on strategy and development, fundraising, impact evaluation, community building and advocacy. His previous roles at Czechitas were Head of Partnerships & Career Development and Head of Regional Development. And he also draws from experience in the private sector as a logistics and HR manager for a wood floors manufacturing company and the public sector manager of a translations team for a University. Since 2018, Ondrej guides high school students on their entrepreneurial-mindset-skills training journey and annually facilitates Techstars Startup Weekend events for starting entrepreneurs. In mentoring work with other nonprofit organisations such as YourChance and MenART, Ondrej concentrates on impact (measuring and growing), fundraising strategies, business development, change management and communication.
