For the last three years I am a Head of fundraising and communications at CRVENI NOSOVI.
I am a passionate fundraiser with the goal of creating and developing channels to support the mission of non-profit organizations. In addition to fundraising knowledge, I managed the finances of CRVENI NOSOVi for 3 years and holds the Controller Akademie Certificate, Munich, which I use in the development of fundraising.
I grew up in a business environment from a young age, because my mom had a factory ๐ I went through all the jobs and departments, relationships with people, opportunities, challenges… I saw the top and experienced the fall. I was a sales manager, subcontractor manager, supply manager and QA manager for ISO9001 – all this in 8 years of working ๐ All that experience meant so much to me, it showed me that I value everything I have, that I love people who create and ย give added value to people and society. Even today, when I enter the factory and hear the machines, feel that energy, my heart beats faster.
When I combine personal and professional motivation to contribute to society and an entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge and experience from all the above areas of work, the results speak for themselves. For the last three years, the income of RED NOSES has been increased by 100% which I am extremely proud of.
A special charm and motivation in my work is working with companies, where I want to show that the best investment isย the one that is invested in society, because the return on that investment is certain, and often priceless. Society is made up of people, and that is precisely why it is important to understand that each individual is a valuable and integral part of it. Also, it is so important to show ways that everyone can get involved in support and act in accordance with their values โโand capabilities.
I graduate from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in tourism and had big dreams, wanted to build my own hotel. You never know ๐
I love to travel, getting to know destinations and people around the world, I have traveled almost all of Europe, and I would do it again. Now I travel with my family. I have two beautiful boys, Petar is 11 years old and Karlo is 9. My family is my greatest achievement. <3 ๐
At the age of 13, I got diabetes. Along with all my problems, it brought me and taught me a lot. I have a family, I work, I am so grateful for every day that passes. I never felt, took advantage of the disease or acted like I couldn’t do something. Except when I’m low on sugar – but then I eat sweets ๐ So my life is literally too sweet.
