Program

The Leaders of Tomorrow is not a training. It is a transformative leadership journey.

Over six intensive days—and a full year of mentoring—you step out of your routine and into a space where leadership is not discussed, but experienced, challenged, and lived.

You will not only learn new perspectives.
You will
see yourself—and your leadership—differently.

How we work

We believe leadership cannot be taught through lectures alone.

That’s why our program combines:

  • experiential learning (real situations, not simulations)
  • deep personal reflection
  • peer learning across countries
  • practical application through challenges and group work

You don’t just understand leadership.
You experience it—in real time, with real people.

What you will explore

Personal Leadership

You begin with yourself.

  • Who are you as a leader?
  • What drives you—and what holds you back?
  • Where is the gap between who you are and who you want to become?

Through powerful experiences (including outdoor challenges), you will test your values, step outside your comfort zone, and learn to act with integrity under pressure.

Blindfolded, uncertain, and fully dependent on each other—this is where leadership begins. In this simple moment, trust is built, voices are found, and real connection emerges.

    Organizational Leadership

You reflect on your role within your organization.

    • How does leadership actually happen in your organization?
    • What role do you play—and what role do you want to grow into?
    • How do formal and informal leadership interact?

You gain clarity on your position, your potential, and the leadership capacities you need to develop.

With Kay Sprinkel Grace, participants explore what leadership truly means in organizations. Ideas are not only discussed—they are tested through dialogue, small group work, and experiential exercises.

    Community Leadership

    Leadership goes beyond organizations.

    • What community are you part of—and helping to shape?
    • What is your vision for that community?
    • How do you mobilize people and resources?

You learn how to connect people, build trust, and lead change beyond your immediate environment.

Working in diverse international teams, participants experience how leadership comes to life in community—through collaboration, shared responsibility, and the ability to connect people across cultures and contexts.

    Professional Leadership

You explore leadership as part of a broader profession.

    • What standards and values define your work?
    • What responsibility comes with leadership in your field?
    • How can your profession strengthen civil society?

You develop a deeper understanding of ethics, responsibility, and long-term impact.

Led by Jan Kroupa, participants come together in a moment of shared joy and gratitude—reminding us that leadership is not only about responsibility, but also about energy, connection, and meaning. Even in demanding roles, the ability to celebrate, appreciate, and stay human is what sustains long-term impact.
