If I can\u2019t lead myself, if I can\u2019t provide good leadership in my own life and in my own work, I\u2019m going to find it pretty difficult to provide leadership for my team, my organization, my community and my profession. For more than 10 years now, after a career spanning 4 decades, Tony Myers has been working with leaders in the NGO sector, as coach, mentor, trainer and strategic planner. His work globally as a fundraising consultant and with organizations in transition have brought him in contact with leaders in our sector around the world.<\/p>\n
